Status - Prototype
PracticeTrack is currently in prototype status, meaning that a lot of the initial
work has been done to prove the reality of the concept, but a lot more work is needed
before it is ready to use.
Our current plan is to temporarily halt work on the product, while it is still in
early development, to test the waters for an appropriate level of market sentiment
that can properly support the completion and continued use of this technology.
As discussed previously, PracticeTrack emulates the API section of Metrc, while
simultaneously simulating the user experience of its Web-based user interface. To
accommodate all of the functionality of both parts while eliminating confusion,
those two functional parts have been segmented into separate development areas.
At this time, both sections of the project combined are
0% completed, with
0 tasks completed of an estimated
0. Please see the following sections for a
breakdown and enumeration.
Metrc Application Programming Interface Emulator (API)
At present, all of the contents of the web API have at least been documented and
planned for development. All of the GET functions are completed and tested, as well.
However, none of the PUT, POST or DELETE functions have yet been scheduled or
placed in progress.
The following chart illustrates the current real-time status of the PracticeTrack
API project, which is 0% of the way to its
first beta version with
